Heritable Bank Mortgages

The Heritable Bank has its roots in Glasgow and was founded in 1877.  It then moved south to London's Berkeley Square during the 1950s. In 2000 Heritable was purchased by Landsbanki, the national bank of Iceland.

Heritable Bank should be considered if you are looking to buy a property to let, or if you are looking for a self-cert mortgage deal. Competitive rates are also offered to those looking for semi commercial mortgages.

To find out if Heritable Bank (or any other mortgage/lender for that matter) is suitable for you, you really need to compare rates and offers with an expert eye. This is best accomplished by speaking to an FSA-qualified mortgage adviser.

By filling in the simple mortgage enquiry form you will get a free call back with mortgage advice and a quote, representative of the whole of market, with no strings attached.
