North East Lincolnshire is a unitary authority located in the north east area of England and is one of the three ceremonial counties of Lincolnshire. North East Lincolnshire consists of the boroughs of Cleethorpes and Great Grimsby and boasts a population of approximately 158,000 people with almost 99 percent of the population recorded as White.
