since 2003 and find the Estate very quiet and friendly.The motorway links are fantastic there are good local schools
and the nearby Camberley Town Centre is great for shopping.
The Army are moving out in 2013 so the estate will grow a bit but this will only improve property values.
5 Bedroom Detached is already £150,000 less than Guildford.
