Review of South West

South West is a region in England extending from Gloucestershire, Wiltshire to Cornwall and the Isles Scilly. The area is frequently referred to as the West Country and includes a good deal of the old region of Wessex.

There are several economically prosperous regions in the area including Bristol, Dorset and the west end of the M4 corridor. Rail transport in the region is serviced by the Great Western Main Line, the South Western Main Line, the West of England Main Line, and the Wessex Main Line. These four rail services cover all areas of the South West region.
